INTRODUCTION

WHAT IS TRAINZONE?

Trainzone is a combat-based fitness program consisting of 4 separate programs of StrikeZone, HIITZone, ToneZone and OurZone. StrikeZone is a place where you can learn the basics of offensive and defensive activities without sparring. HIITZone is what you know and love about a High Intensity Interval training work out. ToneZone is a group activity workout that involves kicking, punching and equipment-based workouts, while OurZone is a female only workout with a combination of the other 3 classes.

If you understand some of the dilemmas in building yourself up, especially considering how other fitness communities appear with already fit looking people, you would question why even bother? It can make you feel insecure, not ready and not feel like you have the ability to fit in. It hurts, it sucks and no one wants to support you.

Another problem is that if you keep up with the best athletics in the arena too early, it will lead to injuries, some even long term.

A SCIENTIFIC METHOD OF PROGRESSING YOUR NEEDS

When you understand the need to check your effort against yourself rather than your neighbour, you’ll not only feel like a champion but you’ll improve far greater than you would normally. Imagine that? You do not even need to win a gold medal to constantly feel like you’re progressing to feel almost the same endorphins as an Olympic champion. You do this in the form of process oriented goals rather than results oriented goals. The result you want is already predetermined, so our job is to hone in on the processes to get you there.

There is also something special that activates when we get you process oriented in your brain…. the WINNER EFFECT. It’s that powerful momentum that can transform you into someone so great, you’ll be the person you want to be. Process orientation = compounding effect.

MYZONE

TrainZone staff utilize a special tool called MyZone to accomplish these goals. MyZone is a hardware, software and wearable platform that uses technology to help people feel good about exercise. Whether that’s before, during or after the event!

PROGRAMS

STRIKEZONE.

A CLOSE-COMBAT BASED FITNESS CLASS, PRACTICED AND PERFECTED WITHOUT THE SPARRING ELEMENT

A close-combat based fitness class, practiced and perfected without the sparring element. You will learn various offensive/defensive techniques and combinations using the fists, elbows, knees, shins & feet on the kick pads and bags. This will improve your Strength, Speed, Cardio and technique in stand up striking.

EXERCISE TYPE

HIITZONE.

A HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING SESSION WITH A VARIETY OF SHORT TO LONG ROUNDS

Exactly what you already know and love but more. A high intensity interval training session with a variety of short to long rounds, taking full advantage of our different equipment and variety of exercises to complete an intense full body workout.

TONEZONE.

A PUNCHING, KICKING AND EQUIPMENT BASED FITNESS CLASS, WITH AN EMPHASIS ON GROUP WORK.

A punching, kicking and equipment based fitness class, with an emphasis on group work. This is designed to improve your Strength, Speed and Cardio in a supportive social environment. The program alternates day by day, so you’ll never be bored.

OURZONE.

A FEMALE-ONLY PROGRAM THAT COMBINES ALL THREE OF OUR TRAINZONE PROGRAMS

A Female-Only program that combines all three of our Trainzone programs, Strikezone, Tonezone and Hiitzone into 1 inclusive program that varies depending on your lesson so that you can become stronger and fitter than you have ever been, whilst having insane amounts of fun with the changing intensity, techniques and style of exercises for all levels of fitness!

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Trainzone is a combat based fitness program consisting of 4 separate programs. HIITZONE a high intensity, functional strength & conditioning class, STRIKEZONE a close combat focused class simulating offensive/defensive scenarios in a non-sparring environment, TONEZONE a fitness class based on punching, kicking & equipment focused on group work. OURZONE is our female only specified program which consists of a rotating schedule cycling through HIITZONE, STRIKEZONE & TONEZONE classes.

Trainzone workouts are 45 minute classes consisting of body weight exercises ranging from beginner to advanced.

Workouts focused on controlling equipment including battle ropes, medicine balls to strengthen the body in functional element.
Strike based workouts include punching, kicking, knees and elbows on a variety of equipment such as pads, punching bags or water bags.

No prior training is necessary to join in for a class. Each class is run by an instructor demonstrating & correcting techniques as well as monitoring the pace and flow of the gym. There are multiple screens displaying each exercise, time & rounds left in the workout and heart rate monitoring

MyZone is used to display & monitor the effort of members during a class it helps set goals and benchmarks to maintain so that you can achieve the results you want.

You are also able to track your progression over a period of time and see your development through your effort and recovery in a healthy way.
